Philip Desrochers is the CEO of the GLP group of companies, where he leads the company’s growth through a focused strategy of organic expansion and M&A. Prior to joining GLP, Philip was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company in Amsterdam and Toronto, where he advised international private equity firms on numerous large-scale transactions, with a particular focus on the industrial sector. Earlier in his career, Philip gained operational and technical experience across construction, HVAC, and advanced manufacturing. He founded and led an HVAC software company focused on fault detection in large commercial buildings and held operations management roles at Pratt & Whitney in aerospace manufacturing. His career began in his family’s luxury home construction business, where he developed a strong foundation in residential construction. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Polytechnique Montréal.
Cameron Roblin is the President of GLP Group, a Stratos portfolio company, where he oversees finance, operations, and M&A. In parallel, he co-leads the North American M&A strategy at Stratos Growth Partners, driving strategic acquisitions and expansion initiatives across the portfolio.Cameron began his career in sales at an entrepreneurial trading firm, where he built and managed a $30 million book of business and oversaw logistics for a global commodity supply chain. He later joined Accenture Strategy, where he led teams in delivering high-impact business strategy and digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients.With a proven track record in finance, operations, and strategic growth, Cameron brings a unique combination of entrepreneurial hustle and corporate leadership to the organizations he supports.
